What is DIA (DIA)?

DIA stands for Decentralised Information Asset. It’s an open-source oracle platform for sourcing, supplying, and sharing trustable data. DIA aims to democratise financial data in a transparent way, like Wikipedia’s model of information sourcing. Any type of on-chain or off-chain data can be sourced by DIA, including fiat currency prices, DeFi digital asset prices, and fx rates.

The DIA token is Ethereum-based, but the DIA platform focuses on network interoperability. As such, any data sourced from DIA can be integrated into different blockchains such as Polkadot or BSC. The governance token, DIA, is used to fund data collection, validate data, vote on platform development, and incentivise user participation.
