What is ANT?

Aragon is an open-source project on Ethereum that intends to create tools for the establishment of autonomous organisations. ANT is the ERC-20 token (Aragon Network Token) that serves as the backend for dedicated network services such as ARA and ANJ. It is also the governance token for network management. The Aragon client, a toolbox that allows users to establish decentralised groups, is Aragon's current main product. Aragon chain, a proof of stake blockchain developed with Tendermint and the Cosmos SDK, is the project's own blockchain infrastructure.
