Keep3rV1 is a decentralised platform designed to facilitate collaboration between projects needing development operations and external entities that can provide those services. It connects projects requiring task completion with developers known as "Keepers" who are rewarded using the KP3R token.
Keep3rV1 operates on the Ethereum blockchain, utilising smart contracts to match projects with Keepers. These Keepers are responsible for executing tasks, which might include complex operations such as triggering smart contract events, handling transactions, and more. The mechanisms rely on a consensus system transitioning from Proof of Work (PoW) to Proof of Stake (PoS) courtesy of the Ethereum 2.0 upgrade. Tasks are registered on the platform, and Keepers earn KP3R tokens upon their completion.
Keep3rV1 is useful in various scenarios, including:
Keep3rV1 was founded by Andre Cronje, known for his work with the DeFi project yearn.finance. Launched without a pre-mine or ICO, Keep3rV1 quickly integrated with Chainlink for better future adaptability. It has partnered with several DeFi projects to automate task execution and improve liquidity processes, with ongoing updates aimed at enhancing its functionality and security.
