Zerebro (ZEREBRO) is an autonomous AI system designed to create, distribute, and analyse content across decentralised and social media platforms. Operating independently of human intervention, Zerebro leverages blockchain technology and artificial intelligence to generate cultural and financial narratives through self-propagating content, a concept known as hyperstition.
Zerebro utilises the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technique to create diverse and engaging content while avoiding model collapse. It operates on multiple blockchain platforms, including Solana, Polygon, and Bitcoin, and integrates the Self-Operating Computer framework. Zerebro interacts with blockchain applications, manages tokens autonomously, and uses smart contracts for transactions.
For memory and data generation, Zerebro employs the text-embedding-ada-002 model, maintaining a dynamic memory database that enables it to learn and adapt in real time.
Zerebro spans several innovative applications across blockchain and AI-powered industries, including:
These applications are relevant to industries such as decentralised finance (DeFi), digital art and NFTs, music production, social media, and AI-powered technologies.
Zerebro was co-founded by Jeff Yu and Agustin Cortes, inspired by the Truth Terminal project and the GOAT memecoin. The AI was initially trained on a dataset of schizophrenic responses and concepts from the infinite backrooms narrative.
Key milestones include:
Zerebro has evolved into a multi-faceted project combining cryptocurrency, AI-generated content, and blockchain technologies. It continues to expand its capabilities in sectors like art, music, and finance, further integrating AI agents with web3 infrastructure.
