Hashflow is primarily used in the decentralised finance (DeFi) sector for seamless cross-chain token swaps. It provides deep liquidity and efficient trading, making it suitable for various real-world applications beyond DeFi, such as gaming (for in-game assets and NFTs) and sectors like banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), retail, and e-commerce, by facilitating cross-chain transactions for digital assets. Hashflow was founded by Varun Kumar and Victor Ionescu and launched in April 2021. It quickly ascended to become a top 10 DEX by volume, with over $18 billion in trades facilitated since its inception. Significant milestones include a $25 million Series A funding round in July 2022 and the introduction of Hashverse—a team-based gamified trading platform and DAO experience. Hashflow has integrated with the Base Network and launched Aggregator+ on Arbitrum, showcasing its evolving technology and significant user adoption, with over 170,000 unique wallets interacting with the platform.
